I know this state intimately because I’ve lived inside it for most of my adult life.
My work is shaped by time spent in environments where ambiguity is dangerous and clarity is mandatory — including a decade in naval nuclear engineering, deep training in human behavioral and emotional systems, and years operating inside modern, high-pressure organizations. Add to that the reality of raising a large family while carrying real responsibility, and one thing became unavoidable: clarity has to hold under pressure, or it isn’t real.
My approach didn’t come from theory. It was forged in environments where ambiguity carries real consequences—where systems either hold under pressure or fail outright.
