When a book knows you,
it must be protected.
A Book of You may contain details about a person's formative experiences, private relationships, emotional triggers, patterns of thought, ambitions, blind spots, difficult decisions and interpretations of their behavior. It may also refer to other people who never commissioned the book. The analysis can be revealing even where it is incomplete, uncertain, or wrong.
Someone holding such a book may come to understand its owner more deeply than the owner ever intended. The potential harm is not limited to embarrassment: intimate knowledge can be misused to pressure, manipulate, impersonate, exploit vulnerabilities or violate relationships.
Insight should never become a weapon simply because it is written down.
Our guiding standard: intimate information deserves careful handling, proportionate access and decisions that keep the person it describes at the center. Nothing about commissioning a book transfers the owner's right to choose who knows their story.
Readers should treat both printed and digital copies as they would an especially sensitive personal journal. Protect them against unintended access, copying, forwarding, loss or public display. We cannot control what others do with copies an owner later decides to share.
02 / WHAT WEBSITE VISITORS SHARE TODAY
Public forms are for
the first conversation.
Our site presently uses Webflow-hosted forms for contact, private engagement inquiries and subscriptions to The Noble Systems Brief. Depending on the form, visitors may provide their name, email address, optional message, their preferred edition (individual or couples), readiness for a conversation, and optional interest in business-system topics.
These submissions may be stored and processed by Webflow and may be routed to our email notification systems. Webflow and other infrastructure providers can also process technical information needed to provide and protect a website, such as browser data, IP addresses, request logs and cookies. We have not presented a verified exhaustive list of analytics, cookies or downstream email integrations on this page.
Please do not put intimate histories, diagnostic information, identifying details about children, passwords, account credentials or entire personal stories into a public website form. A short description of your interest is enough. A deeper questionnaire is a separate step.
If you subscribe to The Brief, your contact information and any interest you select are used to manage the subscription and related correspondence. Unsubscribe options and a functioning mailing-list workflow must be provided as part of newsletter delivery; native website form registration alone does not prove the complete email service is operating.
03 / THE DEEPER ENGAGEMENT
Consent before
confession.
The information needed to commission a truly personal Book of You can be far more sensitive than the information needed to request a conversation. A private engagement may involve questionnaires, interviews, personal histories, reflections and documents voluntarily provided by the client. A Book of Us additionally involves two individual people, each with a distinct private history.
These detailed materials are not requested through the public inquiry or newsletter form. Before a private intake begins, the engagement must identify the specific tools and service providers involved, what information will be collected, how it may be prepared and used, which tools or providers may handle it, and who may access it, how it will be transferred or delivered, and what retention and deletion arrangements apply. Those terms belong in an engagement-specific written agreement.
Because that private-intake infrastructure and its exact safeguards have not yet been fully finalized and verified, this notice does not claim that an encrypted client vault, a particular destruction deadline, or any specific end-to-end confidentiality technology is already operating.
Clients should disclose only what they choose to disclose, and should avoid including unnecessary identifying information about third parties. We may ask for clarification about the provenance, sensitivity or permitted use of material before agreeing to process it.
04 / TWO PEOPLE ARE STILL TWO PEOPLE
Closeness is not
automatic permission.
The Couples Edition is built around two separate Books of You and, if both people agree, a shared Book of Us companion. Being partners does not create a blanket right to read, collect, disclose or distribute one another's private answers or personal analyses.
Each story has an owner.
Each partner's individual material must be treated as their own confidential contribution. It is not automatically provided to the other partner as part of the shared package.
The companion has boundaries.
Before a shared companion is produced, both partners should agree to its scope, what may be disclosed, and what remains individual. Silence is not affirmative consent.
Consent to use a particular piece of information for a joint work should be specific and informed. If boundaries cannot be agreed, the shared companion should be limited or not made. Once an agreed physical or digital copy has been disclosed to someone, later withdrawal may not reverse what they have already seen or retained.
The shared companion is not designed to function as surveillance, a diagnostic judgment, proof against a partner or a tool for pressure. Neither individual's private vulnerabilities should be converted into leverage over the other.
05 / PEOPLE, TOOLS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Tools are not
invisible participants.
Providing a printed book can involve several kinds of services: website and form hosting, email, storage, scheduling, questionnaires, transcription or processing tools, payment services, printing and shipping. Some may operate as third-party processors with their own infrastructure and retention policies. The exact private-client stack and vendor access must be documented before collecting sensitive intake information.
Editorial and processing tools may assist with organizing and clarifying material during preparation of a book. The actual methods, providers, access limits and relevant data-handling conditions must be described in the private engagement documentation before sensitive intake begins. Submitting a public inquiry is not permission to process an intimate personal history. If the proposed arrangements are unacceptable, an engagement should not proceed on those terms.
We do not regard a client narrative or Book of You as advertising inventory. Public testimonials, identifiable case studies, example pages or marketing extracts require separate affirmative permission from those whose private information would be revealed. We will not present someone's intimate account as a public example merely because they bought a service.
06 / SAFEGUARDING, RETENTION & RISKS
Protection must
be practical, not poetic.
Confidentiality depends on people, processes, access controls and vendors—not just promises on a webpage. Safeguards for a private engagement must be appropriate to the sensitivity of the material and verified before the deepest information is collected. No physical or digital method can guarantee that access, interception, loss or unauthorized disclosure is impossible.
Different records may require different retention periods: website inquiries, newsletter registrations, private work materials, printed proofs, payment records and information needed to satisfy legal obligations are not interchangeable. No universal deletion period is promised by this notice. An individual client agreement should identify handling, permitted access, production copies, retention and deletion arrangements before private intake begins.
Shipping a physical book may involve a printer and carrier. We need a confirmed delivery address and an agreed handling process; a sealed parcel is not a guarantee against loss, misdelivery or unintended access. Book owners should choose a delivery location and storage practice that preserves their privacy.
Where permitted and feasible, we will consider requests to remove unnecessary personal data, while explaining any legal, contractual, vendor or backup limitations that prevent immediate complete erasure.
07 / THE MANUAL BELONGS TO ITS LIFE
The map is not
the command.
A Book of You is an interpretation—a deliberately detailed map created to help its owner see recurring patterns, consider alternative responses and make informed decisions. It is not an unchallengeable diagnosis, an instruction manual that must be obeyed, or a transfer of authority over a person's choices.
We can show the door.
Only you can choose to walk through it.
The owner is the ultimate decision-maker. They may accept an insight, question it, disagree with it, set it aside or choose a different path. Greater understanding is meant to expand agency, never replace it.

Your privacy questions
deserve answers.
You can contact Noble Systems to ask what information you have provided through our website, to request a correction or removal, to ask about marketing subscriptions or to raise a concern about private materials. For security, we may need to verify that the requester is authorized before disclosing or changing records.
We will assess requests in light of applicable law, the stage of the engagement, obligations to others, and data held by relevant providers. Applicable privacy rights vary by location and business activity. This notice does not imply that every statutory privacy regime or request mechanism applies identically in every circumstance.
Do not submit a copy of your full Book of You to the general website contact form in order to make a privacy request. Identify the project and the action you want us to review; use the confidential channel specified in your engagement documentation for sensitive details.

Trust needs
an honest record.
This notice is issued by Noble Systems for its website, initial communications, and high-level description of contemplated private engagements. It is effective October 14, 2026 and may be updated as services, technology, vendors and practices change. Changes will be reflected in the published policy and dated accordingly.
For questions, privacy concerns, correction requests or engagement-specific disclosures, start at noblesystems.co/contact. Detailed private-intake, sharing, security and retention terms must be provided and agreed before sensitive client histories are solicited.
This public notice should be reviewed alongside actual service-provider settings and an appropriate client agreement. It is not a promise of a particular technical security architecture or a substitute for applicable law.
